Larry is a licensed and insured General Contractor who has been remodeling local homes since 1986. Although we renovate and remodel homes, we do not build new houses, there is a difference. WE ARE GOOD AT WHAT WE DO! Our typical projects include but are not limited to: KITCHENS, BATHROOMS, BASEMENTS, ADDITIONS and OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES.

Most of them have worked with us since we started our business and are in good standing with the Pikes Peak Regional Department. Our Company understands that we are guests in your home, and thus act accordingly. While remodeling can interrupt ones' lifestyle, we take the extra step to ensure that we make as little disruption as possible.
